We are committed to managing your personal information responsibly, so that no one has access to the information you provide to us in making your purchase. We will never sell, share or distribute your personal information to anyone else.

When you sign in to our website, register for online shopping, place an order, or request other services that require information including: your name, address, email address, and phone number, those data are stored in a secure database just like any other store from which you make purchases. Credit card numbers are never stored in our database. We may keep a record of your product interests and on-line purchases. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

Because of this manufacturing philosophy, we can maintain very high standards of Quality while still making our custom products affordable. Because we are not a "mass production" house, quality will never be compromised for quantity. All products are assembled in the USA.

Ordering

All orders require a 3 to 7 business day processing cycle. Apron and bib orders, purchased as seen on the website, will be processed within 3-5 days and shipped using USPS, unless other arrangements are made.

Jackets, which are handcrafted when ordered, require 14 days for assembly plus the time required for USPS shipping.

Payment Information

For your convenience, we accept VISA and Mastercard as forms of payment online which will be billed at the time of shipment.

When you submit sensitive information via our website, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and protected by secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. No credit card information is ever stored in any form, electronically or otherwise.

No sales taxes will be applied to your order, as long as it is shipped from Massachusetts to locations within the United States.

Shipping

Benny and Willow uses USPS priority shipping for most orders which offers delivery to all US addresses, including PO Boxes and military addresses in an average of 2-3 business days.

Exchanges and Returns

Benny and Willow will gladly refund the purchase price of the item(s) within 30 days of purchase with a dated receipt, if the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise has not been worn, damaged, soiled, or washed
  • Merchandise has its original tags and is returned in "as purchased" condition
  • Original receipt with date of purchase is included

Returns made without a receipt, with the above conditions met will receive a merchandise credit toward your next purchase.
